In addition, the NAHB anticipates we will see more spacious laundry rooms, master suite walk-in closets, porches, eat-in kitchens, two-car garages, and ceiling fans in the newer, smaller homes and that amenities such as mud rooms, formal dining rooms, media/hobby rooms, skylights, and homes with more than 4 bedrooms will decrease in popularity.
