      • New Virginia State Park in Loudoun County

Loudoun County already features an award winning school district, a plethora of shopping and dining options, and easy access to our nation’s capital and now The Daily Journal is telling us that our NOVA community is going to have even more to offer. Ask Gina & Company, with Keller Williams Loudoun Gateway, is thrilled to hear that Loudoun County is slated to be the future home of a state park. The 600 acre state park will be located in Purcellville, the land donated by the Old Dominion Land Conservancy of Purcellville. The state of Virginia already boasts 36 state parks and Loudoun County is joining the likes of Stafford, Shenandoah, Gloucester, and Henry and Albemarle counties which all have land in varying stages of becoming future state parks.
