Loudoun County Offers Home Ownership Grants to Public Employees

Loudoun County recently announced that they are offering home ownership grants to public employees, making now the perfect time to buy a home. These new grants aid low-to-moderate income employees in buying their crib. The Loudoun County Department of Family Services is offering $5,000 towards a house anywhere in Loudoun, $15,000 for a foreclosed property, and $25,000 for an abode in Loudoun County’s Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP).
