Braemar
Braemar is a large, planned community located in Bristow, Virginia that was built between 1996 and 2008. The Bristow neighborhood includes more than 2,800 residences as well as a variety of recreational facilities and conveniences. Featuring everything that is expected in a small town, Braemar exudes a strong sense of community while residing conveniently to shopping, hiking trails, and neighborhood amenities.
Just minutes from I-66, off of Linton Hall Road, Braemar offers a pleasing balance of nature, convenience, and amenities while being ideally situated for commuting to Washington D.C., Chantilly, and other Northern Virginia hot spots. The area offers extensive shopping, including the
Braemar Village Center, and dining, such as
