The Ask Gina & Company team, with Keller Williams Loudoun Gateway, acknowledges that purchasing a home is the largest and most important transaction a person can make. By getting to know each of the team members at our Ashburn office, learning what they do while both on and off the clock, we hope to instill a sense of camaraderie as well as confidence in our proclamation that we will do everything in our power to ensure a smooth transaction when helping you purchase or sell your Northern Virginia home.

Pour yourself a cup of Joe while learning about me, Sarah Mills, the “Social Media Maven” for Ask Gina & Company. I am enjoying my breakfast and coffee at the Corner Bakery Café in the Cascades Market Place in Sterling, where you can also find Robeks, Starbucks, and several other shops and restaurants. After raising my blood/coffee level way above what should be considered the legal limit, I will head to the Lakeview Center Plaza where I could be marketing your home. When you make the decision to utilize an Ask Gina seller’s agent, I am the team member who markets your home on several different websites including, Real Bird, Trulia, Realtor.com, Postlets, and more. I then syndicate each listing from each of the aforementioned websites to Craigslist as well as upload an album onto our Ask Gina & Company Facebook page. I market each listing as “For Sale,” “Under Contract,” and “Sold” on our blogs and maintain our Facebook and Instagram and write blog content.

When I am not in the office I enjoy reading, writing, and traveling. Although I periodically experience phases where I feel too busy or distracted to read, I especially enjoy reading Kurt Vonnegut and Tom Robbins. One of my best friends only reads non-fiction and explains that she reads because she wants to learn. However, I still learn history and vocabulary as well as have become a faster reader and more creative through my time spent buried in books. When I am not writing for Ask Gina, I am working on a project with a friend, a biography of sorts describing his incredible journey in life (I’ll keep you updated…). My first experience traveling outside of the country was the summer after my sophomore year in college; I studied abroad for five weeks in Cambridge, England at Pembroke College and I cannot wait to travel further, which is my plan in the spring (again, I’ll keep you posted).

When I first started working for Gina, a personal goal was quickly established- help the Ask Gina & Company Facebook page reach 1000 “likes”.
