        Cascades  is a 2,500 acre planned community comprised of the Potomac Lakes and Lowes Island neighborhoods and was brought to life by 30 different builders including Pulte and Trafalgar. Divided primarily into two sections: Potomac Lakes and Lowes Island, it is located in Eastern Loudoun County along the Potomac River just north of Route 7 and minutes from Route 28, Cascades ensures you don’t have to venture far to feed your appetite for food or shopping.
