When your BFF from back in the day doesn’t live in NOVA and has to move….

This HAPPYGRAM is extra special.

Flashback to 1990 in North Jersey: big belts, bigger hair, off the shoulder sweatshirts, and fringe on your boots, jacket, or anywhere else you could put it…No cell phones, internet just barely starting and only worked with a long cord attached to a phone jack, and I had my BFF. She was the first to know I was pregnant with my son, the one to console me when I cried, and could blast Metallica like the best of them. Shortly after that epic time, I moved away to Virginia and began my life here in NOVA as a mama and a Realtor. Fast forward a few decades and she messages me that she is looking at buying a home.

We peruse pictures of houses online together as I search my network for the best person to help her on the ground. I interview a bunch of agents and find the perfect fit of experience and personality. Together we navigate the process of buying and selling – everything from offer writing to home inspections.

Knowing she was in the best hands and able to consult with all parties along the way made for an amazing experience for all.
