      • Alright shutterbugs, it's time to show off that talent!

Wow, summer flew by! So the weather has gotten colder, the children have started school, and we are already seeing Halloween candy pop up in stores. Now that fall is almost upon us, the leaves will begin to change and the nation’s capital will brighten up into a beautiful array of yellow, orange, red, and brown – a perfect photographic moment!

The Washingtonian hosts a monthly picture contest with September’s theme focused around fall colors. Dust off that camera and get creative! The winner will have their picture published in the November issue of the Washingtonian magazine.
